This log started on Oct 3, 2026. When a published fact is fixed, the entry appears here with the date, the page, what was wrong and what is right. Entries are added and never deleted.

How corrections work

What counts. A wrong number, date, name or attribution, a wrong label, or a source that does not say what we said it does. Typos and design fixes are listed on Site updates, not here.
What we do. We fix the page, update its “checked” or “reviewed” date, and add an entry here that says what was wrong and what is right.
What we don’t do. We do not delete entries, and we do not change a story’s permanent link.
Disagreements. If a source itself changes or is disputed, we say so on the page and may change the label to Reported or Unverified.
